| We developed an in-house prototyping process that allowed us to tweak material recipes rapidly, while providing multiple recipe SKUs for simultaneous product testing. We could provide our client with prototypes that were extremely close to the real thing, in a quarter of the time. We brought in Keep Earth Company to develop COGS and anticipate supply chains. Experiments were collaboratively designed to rapidly asses effectiveness of material recipes. Adding product strategy to our suite of services gives our clients a clear window into feasibility of novel materials before a high-volume investment. |
